At Laverne, we believe in different tastes, so we offer an easy and quick return policy.


Steps to return an order:


1- Go to the order return platform link, enter the mobile number associated with the order to be returned, and then enter the verification code.


2- Select the order you want to return from your order list, then fill in your bank details. Please note that orders paid via Tamara or Tabby will be refunded via Tamara or Tabby.

(The order amount will also be transferred to the bank account that will be entered into the platform, regardless of the account from which the order value was paid.)


3- A paid return policy will be issued by Lavern and sent to you via the email associated with the return request. Please deliver the product to the nearest Aramex branch, and the amount will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days from the date Lavern receives the returned products.


4- The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes . Please try the perfume through the attached sample only.


5- The return and exchange policy does not apply to any face, hand and skin care products.


6- Offers that consist of more than one product are not subject to partial refund.
