Q: Can I return a product?

Yes, we offer a 3ml sample for testing purposes of the same fragrance purchased.

We offer this service to avoid opening the perfume. Therefore, we apologize for returning opened products.

• Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
• Offers consisting of more than one perfume are not subject to partial refunds.
• Lavern Samples are a non-returnable product.
• Cash on Delivery is a paid service that requires the customer to receive the order and pay on time. When the product arrives and there is a desire to return it, the fee is deducted for the customer's benefit.

Q: How long is the period allowed for returning the product?

The allowed period is seven days from the date of receipt of the application.

Q: In the return process, how can I get a refund?

The amount will be refunded after the product arrives to us and its condition is confirmed, and then the amount will be transferred to your account within three to five working days.
