Incense duo

Laverne's incense duo is not a repetition of two scents, but a dialogue between two different paths of presence.

One leans towards wood, incense, and shade, while the other opens up a brighter, softer space.

Two scents, two moods, and one lasting effect.

The set contains:

On the duality of incense

The Incense Duo is a fragrance collection comprising Lador Classic Incense and Queen Rose , offering a balanced interpretation of the concept of presence in Gulf culture; a presence that sometimes manifests through incense, woods, and the tranquility of gatherings, and sometimes through roses, fruits, and musk. Therefore, the collection seems ideal for those seeking an incense-based fragrance from Laverne within a framework that offers versatility without compromising its identity.

The aromatic composition of the incense duo

In this duality, the scene begins with two perfumes that are different in rhythm, but they meet in the idea of the effect.

Lador Classic Incense moves in a more tranquil and profound space; it has a distinctly incensey character, wood that anchors the fragrance, and a powdery and floral touch that gives the smoke a softer texture. Its presence is reminiscent of evening gatherings and places where incense becomes part of the mood, not just a backdrop.

Queen Rose, on the other hand, opens the window from another direction; it begins with a fruity radiance, then softens into a rosy heart, before settling on a musky, woody base. It's not far removed from the warmth of the collection, but translates it in a lighter, more fluid way. Thus, the duality becomes closer to two complementary moods: incense, wood, and shadow on one hand, and rose, musk, and a subtle sheen on the other.

Laverne's innovations in perfumery

The incense duo consists of two aromatic sounds that are different in structure and mood.

According to the text accompanying the images, Lador Classic Incense , by Jordi Fernandez , focuses on incense and classic leather tanning, while Queen Rose, by Louis Ciozac and Dominique Ropion , offers a reading that leans towards notes of raspberry and peony. In this juxtaposition, the collection appears to combine wood and shadow on one hand, and rose and softness on the other, without either overpowering the other.
